These terms and conditions govern the use of the QueryBoat marketplace. By using the platform you fully accept the following.
QueryBoat is a platform that connects boat owners and renters. QueryBoat does not own the listed boats and is not a party to the rental agreement, which is directly between the owner and the customer.
To publish listings or make bookings, you must register providing truthful and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information published, including equipment, availability, prices and conditions. QueryBoat reserves the right to suspend or remove non-compliant listings.
The user declares, under their own exclusive responsibility, to be compliant with the tax regulations applicable in their country of residence or of business activity, including holding a VAT number (or equivalent registration) where the rental activity carried out through the platform is continuous or exceeds the thresholds set by local law for carrying out a commercial activity. QueryBoat does not carry out any verification in this respect and assumes no liability for any tax non-compliance by the user, who is solely responsible before the competent authorities.
Bookings and related payments are managed through the systems indicated on the platform. The financial terms, deposit and any penalties are those specified in each listing at the time of booking.
Each listing indicates the applicable cancellation policy. Customers must review it before confirming the booking.
Reviews can only be left by users who have completed a rental. Publishing false, defamatory or offensive content is prohibited.
QueryBoat is not liable for damage arising from the use of the boats or for breaches between the parties to the rental agreement. Navigation is under the responsibility of the operator, in compliance with applicable regulations.

QueryBoat may update these terms. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform.
